1. Recruitment and selection (4 week).
Candidate selection is carried out through detailed interviews, tests, and video interviews. The goal is to determine whether the candidate has the required competencies in education, work experience, language skills, and abilities.
The process consists of application, review of applications, video interview, testing (optional) and detailed interview. We make the final decision on employment based on the selection results.
Video interviews offer convenience for both candidates and employers, facilitating the initial steps towards potential collaboration.
2. Preparation and creation of the necessary documentation (8-16 weeks)
Upon confirmation of the candidate, the collection and processing of all necessary documentation is started so that the foreign worker can come to the Republic of Croatia. It goes through the process of accreditation and verification of the necessary documents both in the Republic of Croatia and in the countries from which the workers are recruited.
